On Thursday our assembly celebrated the month of Ramadan. It was a pleasure to share this celebration with the children. 

Our children were all excited and learnt many things about Ramadan. 

The performance explained to the audience why Ramadan is a special month in a Muslim's life. The discipline of fasting during the Holy month, helps show the important aspects of being a Muslim - sincerity, patience, sacrifice and self-discipline.

Meet the Teachers Information Presentation

Thank you to all the parents who were able to come to our 'Meet the Teachers' evening at RDS. The evening was a great success and it was great to see you all there. For those of you who were unable to attend, we have posted on this blog the presentation given by the teachers in Key Stage 2. This will be a very useful for you to refer to in the future.

We have received some helpful feedback from parents who let us know that they found it difficult to read and/or print the curriculum overviews we posted this week. Thank you, we very much appreciate this.
